Loan Servicing Manager

Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Manager, you will oversee the loan servicing process, including Deal Setup, Drawdowns, Rollovers, and more. You will ensure that all service level agreements are met, implement strategic objectives, and maintain compliance with JPMorgan`s standards. Your role will involve supervising daily operations, managing escalations, and acting as a subject matter expert.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and Process Management:
- Oversee processes such as Deal Setup, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and more.
- Monitor team performance to ensure SLAs are met and escalate exceptions promptly.
- Assess work allocation and identify capacity across global sites.
Strategy and Compliance:
- Implement team strategy in line with the global operations roadmap.
- Ensure adherence to controls and JPMorgan requirements, escalating risks as needed.
- Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Act as the SME for complex process-related queries.
- Contribute to projects on client transitions, system enhancements, and process reviews.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage process escalations from internal and external customers.
- Engage with lenders, credit executives, client service executives, and bankers.
- Escalate issues to senior management and chair business review meetings.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 17-20 years of experience in loan setup and servicing.
- Knowledge of Nostro/Cash matching, General Ledger reconciliation, SWIFT, and remittance systems.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Experience in driving projects with strong results.
- Strong people and performance management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership skills with the ability to communicate vision and objectives.
- Knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ/ACBS.
- Experience in managing performance improvement plans.
- Ability to identify training needs and ensure compliance with training timelines.
- Experience in hiring and developing high-potential talent.
- Implement knowledge management models and maintain SOPs and training programs.
