• HSSEQ manager is responsible for HSSEQ assurance and support over all aspects of Turkmenistan operations, both Ashore and offshore. 
• To ensure compliance where appropriate with the Company`s procedures and policies in compliance with ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015, 9001:2015, 28000:2022, 50001:2018, ISM & MLC & ISPS, International industry & local legal requirements.
• Oversight of local compliance with all legislative, operational, client-driven and internal standards, to ensure;
• Timely completion of all required audits and inspections, and the retention of associated certification/licenses
• Actively promote the application of all Company Control of Work processes and safe working practices

HSSEQ PERFORMANCE & ANALYSIS

• Deliver against Company’s Self-Verification Program (SVP) that supports achievement of Group KPI’s, delivers additional local value and ensures continual improvement
• Strictly follow company SMS & BMS Requirements
• Ensure Country monthly performance data is collated effectively, is accurate and is submitted on-time to the Group HSSEQ department
• In conjunction with Group analysis and reports on performance data, ensure local analysis and actions are undertaken and implemented 
• Identify trends within local performance and implement effective measures to correct or enhance these trends, as necessary
• Where required, ensure data submitted to Clients is effectively collated & submitted on time, to accurately reflect relevant performance criteria
• Lead on master’s SMS review, Management Review and other initiatives arrangements as per SMS
• annual Safety Culture Survey
• management & maintenance of QHSE Management Software
• providing function-specific input to internal training & competence development projects
• development and implementation of safety initiatives
