Job Description:

The Senior Manager Product Manager will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven support bot, enhancing OHAI`s customer support services and healthcare solutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to using AI to streamline support interactions, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OHAI (Oracle Healthcare Applications & Infrastructure) framework and best practices.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
