Responsibilities:
- Support a team of Third-Party Analysts coordinating EUI`s third-party arrangements.
- Assist the team in fulfilling regulatory obligations.
- Assist in completing third-party risk assessments.
- Prepare management information and participant reports.
- Schedule, prepare materials, and take minutes for meetings with EUI’s third parties.
- Maintain the change activity diary for EUI’s third parties.
- Support contract management record-keeping and oversight for EUI.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated analytical and execution skills, with the ability to assess and communicate priorities, driving actions and delivery through others.
- Experience in managing risks and their mitigation through appropriate controls.
- Ability to quickly assimilate information from various areas and connect them to highlight potential risks and issues.
- Effective presentation skills tailored to audience needs, adaptable to various learning abilities.
- Proven strong report writing skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office desktop applications.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment in the UK financial services industry.
- Familiarity with the CREST settlement system.
Soft Skills:
- Positive and proactive attitude, leading by example.
- Goal-oriented and dedicated.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt approach based on the audience while maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Capability to work individually or within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage a diverse team of professionals and proficiencies.
