Your role and responsibilities:

• minimum level 3 Early years qualification (must be a full and relevant qualification)
• experience of working within a childcare setting, of working directly with children and parents, or experience whilst training
• be able to work as part of a team and use initiative
• offer flexibility in your availability, to cover sessions at short notice
• be willing to attend training if needed
• have a positive attitude and good communication skills
• understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted, and Safeguarding
• the ability help provide a nurturing learning environment, working with other staff and parents for best outcomes.                                              

About us

We are a small, friendly preschool located within Martlesham for children aged 2-4 years, open term time only, between the hours of 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

Due to an increase in our numbers, we are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our small team.
