Requirements
- Technology related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix operating systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- 5+ years’ experience working in a mission-critical environment (Operations, Technical Support, NOC etc)
- Experience executing tasks under change management procedures
- Experience resolving auto-cut and manual alarms following runbooks
- A focus on customer satisfaction

Shift Format:
This role is not a Monday to Friday core hours role. This will involve working a shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
The role involves working 12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. There are two rotating shifts – day and night.
On-call or overtime is not generally expected in this role, but you may be required to have on-call or overtime duties occasionally, based on business needs.
