Oracle Product Manager - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure
Looking for a Product Manager experienced with technical products and team members to support the modernization of healthcare products used across the globe
Oracle Health is one of the leading providers of healthcare products and technologies in the US and across 20+ countries, serving commercial, federal and national health systems. Across the Oracle Health product portfolio, product development teams and site reliability engineers are now transitioning their products out of on-premises data centers and 3rd party IaaS providers and onto Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this role, the Product Manager (PM) will be tasked with supporting the Oracle Health Instant Access and Automated provisioning product suites. Providing an enhanced access experience for the clinicians will help reduce time spent in the tools and focus on patient care.
In this role the PM will be required to wade through various technical complexities as they will serve as the liaison for development and operations teams by reviewing the current state of products and services, understand various technical needs, translate into functional requirements, and coordinate implementation across multiple agile teams. Be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, develop and drive high-level central initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done when needed. The PM will also be responsible for defining and communicating the product roadmap and vision, providing well documented integration standards and processes, driving the integration of products into the framework, and coordinating with program management to drive execution.
