Job Summary:

Job responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage content production across Nutmeg
- Upload and publish content into the CMS ensuring accuracy at every stage
- Maintain taxonomy and tagging strategy for all content
- Ensure content meets accessibility requirements
- Work closely with content writers and Martech developers to maintain and enhance the quality of content
- Manage and report on status ensuring key stakeholders are informed on progress
- Review and maintain the quality of our content to ensure it stays fresh and up-to-date
- Maintain accurate records of content operations to ensure financial compliance and controls standards are met
- Provide additional support for content-related projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Commercially aware, process-driven web content specialist
- Experienced in working with web content management systems and Adobe systems
- Used to working on your own initiative but highly collaborative
- Stakeholder and time management when conflicting priorities arise
- Experience of working in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence to organise and document work preferred
- Strong ability to prioritise changes, deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
