ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and monitor improvement projects, tools, methodologies and requirements in line with the LEAN principles. 
• Improving supply chain processes in cooperation with production, 3PL provider and HSE department. 
• Assist in supply chain operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
• Be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects, as well as mentoring of Green Belts.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout the manufacturing facility and processes.
• Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices.
• Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy.
• Assist in setting annual operational targets and drive improvements to achieve those targets.
• Identify and implement new technologies, specification of requirements, Capex/Opex justification, planning and implementation
• Improving supply chain processes in cooperation with production and HSE department. 
• WHS analysis with cost savings and action plan for improvements 
• Closely work with 3PL provider on Warehouse and logistic flow improvements
• Implementation of Improvement projects, Industry 4.0 projects, Support supply chain organization with analysis reports which can be used to make business decision
• Preparing reports for different supply chain areas with using statistical tools which can help us with prediction
• Actively work on a new Industry 4.0 improvement projects  
• Monitor and measure performance against established KPI’s, and task resolution priorities
• Support  all activities according IATF16949 & ISO9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO50001 related to supply chain area

WE VALUE:

• 3 years of experience in companies system field
• university degree
• Green belt certification
• Knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Knowledge of quality systems & standards, e.g. ISO. 
• Language: fluent English 
• Knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
