Manager - Sales Operations - Logistics SCO
Qualifications:
• Postgraduate with 4-5 years of experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry
• Knowledge of the best practices, market trends, and consumer trends
• Knowledge of the sales process especially with exposure to pre-sales activities
• Effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills; ability to manage large amounts of data with excellent analytics skill
• Project management experience and skills would be beneficial in this role; should be able to manage large-scale PMO
• Candidates preferred from the Supply chain, Logistics, and e-commerce industry
Competencies:
• Result-oriented while ensuring collaboration and teamwork
• Deep listening and understanding skills to get to the crux of a problem and therefore, the right solution
• Excellent analytics skills in terms of comprehending large amounts of data through various sources and developing actionable insights
• Intermediate understanding of logistics and various industry sectors
• Organisation skills backed by diligence and attention to detail are crucial
