When you join Oracle Consulting as a Change Management professional, you become part of a team charged with re-energizing how we help our customers plan, manage, and sustain organizational change. Delivering in the Cloud is vastly different from traditional system implementations and so is our Change Management practice. We simplify the journey to a Cloud-enabled workforce while increasing the pace of key collaborator engagement and reducing the cost of end user adoption.
Our team is well-versed in Oracle Cloud applications including Enterprise Resource Planning & Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management and Customer Experience. We are looking for hard-working, energetic, individuals with a curiosity about building customer relationships, solving problems, and creating memorable engagements.

- 0-1 year maximum of professional full-time experience
- GPA of 3.2+ preferred
- Curious mind and a passion for customer service and delivery excellence
- Self-starter, confident, and driven with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
- Proven ability to work with uncertainty and solve problems
- Ability to work and collaborate within virtual and in-person team settings
- Ability to travel up to 100% to client sites
- Ability to relocate to global headquarters in Austin, TX
