In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:

• Ensure proper production planning based on customer orders and plant capacity.
• Preserve the profitability of the business by maintaining control of raw material purchases and materials; that they are within budget and meet quality specifications.
• Ensure the control, administration and correct storage of raw materials and materials to avoid waste and unexpected expenses.
• Participate in meetings with your plant counterpart to adjust and communicate operation, plans and budgets
• Follow up on the indicators of the areas in charge in order to detect findings and solve them.
• Ensure the technical and necessary support for the good performance of the areas in charge and, therefore, their results.
• Propose and establish continuous improvement programs
• Participate in research and development activities for new products and the optimization of existing ones.
• Develop strategies for process optimization
• Accelerate, facilitate and mechanize the production of the business.
• Manage the tasks of the personnel under in charge
• Manage and follow up to the department´s KPI´s 
• Implement initiatives to drive efficiency
• Prepare HCS department budgets
• Facilitate the necessary resources to optimize business operations
• Formulate procedures for each process and promote their implementation
• Promote the business culture of the organization

• Five years on a similar position
• Ability to plan logistics processes and activities
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Strategic capacity.
• Skills in the use of technological tools.
• Leadership skills; effective communication, negotiation.
